Our Founder’s Story
(Abdiwahab Ali’s Journey)

Founded in 2024 by Abdiwahab Ali, MAASOL was born out of his lived experience. Abdi, as an expert by experience, understands the struggles of youth firsthand. His life has been shaped by adversity, and it is through overcoming these challenges that he now works to inspire others to see that even in the toughest circumstances, growth is possible.”

Abdi’s personal story fuels his mission: to create a place where young people feel heard, understood, and supported. At MAASOL, we give individuals the tools they need to break free from limiting circumstances and chart a new course for their future.

Our Mission: Your School of Life

MAASOL is a School of Life where we believe in the unique potential of every person. The cornerstone of our school is working from life experience, craftsmanship, and wisdom. Our mission is to provide a safe and inspiring environment where they can (re)discover their talents and develop both personally and professionally. In our work, the process is central: we give young people insight into our own learning processes and openly share experiences so that they can gain understanding and self-knowledge. We support them in overcoming obstacles and participating fully in society.We are proud of the impact our School of Life makes, and we continue to seek ways to increase our reach and meaningful contribution to the lives of young people and (young) adults.
